TRAC has a yearly event calendar highlighting organised club events and dates. Some of these dates maybe subject to change due to weather and access to staging points.
Most trail riding is conducted in South Australia but TRAC do hold several events interstate. Some of the areas we hold events in:
- Lower South East (S.A.)
- Coastal (South East S.A.)
- Murray Mallee (S.A.)
- York Peninsula (S.A.) –
- Flinders Rangers S.A.)
- Mid North (S.A.)
- Victorian High Country (VIC)
- Grampians National Park (VIC)
- South West (VIC)
TRAC is always looking to expand their event locations and encourage all members to come forward with new events and locations.
Generally, events are held over weekends (i.e. Full day ride on Saturday and ½ day ride on Sunday), but members are known to organise day rides in closer areas such as the Southern Mallee and York Peninsula.
Camping and socialising are a large part of our events. We enjoy kicking back after a long day’s ride around an open fire with a few drinks talking about the days adventure and memorable moments. Our 4WD trips also involve camping as most of them are over a full weekend.
